Robert Mathias, Principal, brings more than twenty-nine years of experience in the acquisition, obtaining governmental approvals, underwriting, design, contract negotiating, development process through construction, marketing, lease-up, management, and finally sales of close to 7,000 multifamily residential units (product types include garden, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use developments).
Totaling more than $1.45 billion in development costs across Florida.
Throughout his career, Robert has managed every aspect of the development process: Entitlements, Design, Construction, Marketing, Sales, Leasing, and Asset Management. Robert has decades of forged relationships with “best in class” architects, designers, management/leasing companies, and general contractors throughout Florida and the Southeast, which adds tremendous value to each project.
A Legacy of Leadership & Strong Foundation
He has previously played a key role in companies such as Architects Impact Group “Florida” and JPI Development Partners “Florida” and started the first satellite office for ZOM Development in South Florida Prior to NCC Development Group. He holds a degree in Architecture and minors in law and business from the University of Miami, FL.
